This exclusive Sauvignon Blanc comes from Kurdějov, from the Díly – Čertovka vineyard, renowned for its southern exposure and soil composed of loamy loess and rendzina.
Serving Recommendations
Serve at 12–13 °C. Decanting for 30 minutes before serving will help fully develop its aromatic profile.
Food Pairing
Excellent with white and pink poultry in richer sauces, seafood, fine charcuterie, and aged cheeses.
Cellaring
Ageing potential: 6–7 years. The wine will retain its freshness but gain creaminess over time.
