This mineral Sauvignon Blanc comes from Kurdějov, Prostřední Díly vineyard. Vines with a minimum age of 11 years grow at a density of 9,800 vines/ha on southeast-facing slopes, giving the wine pronounced freshness and complexity.
Serving Recommendations
Serve at a temperature of 10–12 °C. Open 15 minutes before serving to let all aromas unfold. Decanting is not necessary.
