This complex and aromatically pure Sauvignon Blanc comes from the prestigious Díly vineyard in Kurdějov, located in the Velkopavlovická subregion. The wine impresses with its fruit-herbal character and refreshing minerality.
Serving recommendation
Serve at 10–12 °C in a glass for aromatic white wines to let its fresh aromas fully develop. We recommend decanting for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Food pairing
Excellent with light fish dishes, fresh salads, seafood, and goat cheese. Also pairs well with Asian cuisine and herb-based dishes.
