Product detailed description
This elegant and complex Riesling comes from Kurdějov, from the Střední Díly – Čertovka vineyard. The southeast-facing slope at an altitude of 267 m a.s.l. and soil composed of loamy loess with rendzina contribute to the wine's rich mineral expression and freshness.
Serving Recommendations
Serve at a temperature of 11–12 °C. Open 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the aromatic notes to fully develop. Decanting is not necessary.
Food Pairing
Pairs perfectly with freshwater and sea fish, mild unripened cheeses, and roast pork. Its freshness beautifully enhances lighter and fresher dishes.
Cellaring
This wine has an ageing potential of 5–6 years, during which it will retain its freshness and develop fine tertiary notes.
