This elegant and delicate Pinot Noir comes from the prestigious Díly vineyard in Kurdějov, located in the Velkopavlovická subregion. The vineyard's southeast exposure and loamy loess with rendzina soil impart a characteristic nobility and delicate expression to the wine.
Serving Recommendations
Serve at 13–15 °C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass, which enhances its delicate bouquet. For the full experience, we recommend decanting for at least 60 minutes before serving.
Food Pairing
An excellent match for pasta dishes, richer fish such as salmon or tuna, light terrines and pâtés, high-quality charcuterie, and cured meats.
Cellaring
