Pinot Cuvée, Daniel Záblacký Winery
"Cuvée Ebeny is a sophisticated wine that connects fruity expressiveness with elegance and subtle minerality. An ideal choice for lovers of white wines with deeper character."
Product detailed description
This multi-layered cuvée combines the elegance of Pinot Noir claret (75%) and the freshness of Pinot Blanc (25%). The grapes come from selected vineyards with a southwest exposure in the Stará hora area, at an altitude of 240 m a.s.l.. The soil consists of chernozem and clay-loam subsoil, lending the wine a delicate minerality.
Serving recommendation
Serve at 8–10 °C, ideally in a Burgundy glass to highlight its aromatic complexity.
Food pairing
Excellent with rich dishes – a superb match is hare in cream sauce, where the wine’s gentle acidity perfectly balances the creamy sauce. Also pairs well with white meat dishes and creamy sauces.
Aging
The wine has an aging potential of 3–5 years, during which it will retain its complexity and elegant structure.
Glass recommendation
Best enjoyed from a Universal Květná glass, which allows its full aromatic profile to unfold and enhances the delicate mineral tones.
