Product detailed description
Noble Pinot Blanc made exclusively from grapes harvested from the finest parcel of our vineyard. The wine matured for 11 months on lees in a combination of new and two-year-old barrique barrels, gaining a rich bouquet and elegant structure.
Serving Recommendations
Serve at 10–12 °C in a large white wine glass, which will allow the full aromatic spectrum to unfold.
Food Pairing
Excellent with white meat dishes, fish with delicate sauces, and creamy pasta. Also pairs well with semi-hard cheeses.
Cellaring
This wine has excellent ageing potential and, with proper storage, can develop its qualities for 5–7 years.
