Product detailed description
This dry wine comes from the prestigious Díly vineyard in Kurdějov, located in the Velkopavlovická subregion. The vineyard's southeast exposure and loamy loess with rendzina soil contribute to its complex and fuller-bodied structure.
Serving Recommendations
Serve at a temperature of 12–13 °C in a white wine glass (universal Květná), which will highlight its delicate aromatics. We recommend decanting for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Food Pairing
Excellent with both soft and hard aged cheeses, white and pink poultry with richer sauces, BBQ pork, quality pâtés, and cured meats.
Cellaring
