Product detailed description
This elegant cuvée of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Kurdějov, vineyard plot Díly – U Statku. The vineyard faces south and is situated at an altitude of 267 m a.s.l.. Loess-clay soils with rendzina lend the wine its structure, depth, and a rich fruity-spicy character.
Serving Recommendation
Serve at 15–16 °C. We recommend decanting for at least 30 minutes before serving to release all aromatic components and let the wine soften.
Food Pairing
Excellent with rosé and red meats, both soft and hard aged cheeses, and premium charcuterie. Also pairs well with cured meats and dishes with intense flavours.
Cellaring
The wine has 8–10 years of ageing potential, during which it will continue to harmonize and develop tertiary notes.
Recommended Glass
Best enjoyed in a Bordeaux glass, which allows its rich aromatics and elegant structure to unfold.
