Bonus System – Collecting Berries
Our bonus system is our way of thanking you for the trust and joy you share with us when choosing wine. We reward everyone who returns to us – whether regularly or on special occasions. For every purchase and other activity, you collect berries, which you can then use for discounted shopping.
How do berries work?

30 CZK = 1 berry

1 berry = 1 CZK discount

Registration: 100 welcome berries

Birthday: 100 berries as a gift

Name day: 50 berries for joy
Validity of berries: 180 days from the date they are credited
Berries are credited after your order has been paid. If the order is canceled or returned, the berries will be deducted from your account.
Who can collect berries?
The loyalty program is available to registered customers. After logging into your account, you can see your berry balance and redeem them with your purchase.
How to redeem berries?
In the shopping cart, simply choose how many berries you want to use. The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount. Please note that berries cannot be combined with discount coupons – only one benefit can be applied per order.
What if I return goods?
If you return goods, the corresponding number of berries will be deducted from your account. In case of an exchange, berries cannot be applied.
Berry overview
After logging into your customer account, you will find the current status of your berry balance. After each redemption or credit, the balance is automatically updated.
Important information
Berries have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to change the terms of the loyalty program or adjust its functioning at any time. In case of misuse, the benefits of the program may be canceled.
