This elegant and sensual Gewurztraminer comes from the prestigious Na výsluní vineyard in Starovice, located in the Velkopavlovická subregion. The wine impresses with its aromatic complexity and typical varietal character.

Serving recommendation

Serve at 9–11 °C in a glass for aromatic white wines, allowing its rich bouquet to fully express itself. We recommend decanting for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Food pairing

Excellent with Asian and Thai cuisine, shrimp in red curry, blue cheeses (e.g. Roquefort or Gorgonzola), and goose or duck foie gras.

Aging

This wine has excellent aging potential and, with proper storage, can develop its qualities for 2–3 years.

Fermentation:	Must fermented in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 9 months.
Aging:	9 months on fine lees (70%) and 30% in tank cask.
